Sabre window problems

Hi all,
I have a 2015 Sabre SRF33CKTS-6 fiver with window problems. The unit comes equipped with vertical sliding windows. I have not been able to determine the brand of window despite 10 phone calls and three letters to the dealer and the manufacture. I won’t dwell on the lacklustre customer service.
My problem is that the windows do not seat all the way to the bottom of the window channel. They are sitting on small stops embedded in the lower channel.
The problem comes from wind driven rain entering the weep holes and filling the lower channel. When the water becomes sufficiently high, it runs into my unit, soaking walls, floor, carpeting and whatever else it can reach. The weep holes are perfectly clear, but with the wind blowing directly into the open weep holes, it prevents the water from coming out.
I am wondering if anyone has encountered this issue and have been able to resolve the problem.
The photos below will give you an idea of what I have. The photos are:
1. Slider window
2. View of the lower channel from outside the window
3. View of the drain holes
Any ideas would be appreciated.
