Salem 33BHOK awning won't work

Hello all, first camping trip with our new 5th wheel and now the awning won't work. It worked several times in and out, but now neither the wall switch or the remote control will work. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you checked the fuses on both the power panel and the remote receiver?

If you have checked those, then check for power at the awning motor when trying to operate the awning.

Since it's under warranty, I wouldn't do too much to it.

Thanks for he help. The fuse under the fridge was blown and continues to do so. Gonna call the dealer in the AM.
