We have a 2015 Salem Hemisphere, so I’m not sure if the shades are the same. Are they pleated shades? You can adjust the tension by loosening the cord at the bottom where the bobbin like thing is. Edit - do you try to open them by the strings or by raising the bottom metal bar? On ours we have to put your hand under the bottom of the shades and push up or pull down.

They are the same maybe I just have to get used to but when I want to put the up they keep falling down, I just hoped for this brand they will be a little bit better

If they fall down the tension needs to be increased a little at a time on both sides. Loosen the bobbin like thing and pull the string down a little and retighten. Then the other side. There is a spring at the top that you can't see so be careful as you don't want to stretch it too much.
