slide out awning issues?????

ordered our 365saq last winter and added awnings to all four slides. We love them except for when it rains. We use it at a seasonal site and pull out 1-2 times a year. When it rains water pools badly especially on the main slide. The tube bends in from the weight. I have to run the slides in to dump the water. Awnings are filthy from the dirty water. Is this a normal situation or were mine installed poorly by the factory.

Yes, but I will find it; darn it!

I just checked. The "Herkbrary" is now just over 3 gigs of data.

I hope thats all it takes. These things sure look level though. Like .000000000001:12 pitch if it were a house roof.

I get a bit of rain pooling in mine, but a slight puff of wind will dump it and it never gets much more than a couple cups.

My slide awning is something like 8-10 feet long on the living room super slide.

I think Lou is on to it with the tension, your bending rod just doesn't sound right to me...

The main slide is 12' i believe so the awning is nearly 13'. I'll look next week.
