Soft floor

I have a 40' Park Model.. Somehow, water was getting inside my sliding patio door.. The track was always wet.. I think I have stopped the water, but the floor right inside the door has got progressively soft to the point where we are afraid to step right in front of the door.

What is the best way to replace the wood? Can I access from underneath, or do I need to remove the door and pull up the vinyl?

I am very handy, but I have a feeling that I am in for a lot of trouble. 😕

Has anyone done this, or have any advice? Thanks!
