source for window weather stripping

We have white seals / weather stripping on our 2004 Flagstaff 25LB and some of them have become hopelessly discolored / mildewy looking and every possible solution we've heard of has had little to no effect. I'd like to replace them, which seams like it should be relatively easy but i am having a hard time locating the exact type that our windows take. I'd actually like to replace it with black, as I think it would look cleaner and more modern and be less likely to stain in the future.

Not every one of our windows is the same, but the one pictured is typical, It's the seals that are essentially used to install the glass, I think. Perhaps I'm not referring to it properly and that's why I'm having a hard time finding it. I keep finding rubber strips to cover the screw strips on the body, and other things that are similar but not quite what we need. It's NOT the seal between the window frame and the camper, I keep finding that everywhere.

MAYBE it's something along these lines? glazing seal?

I have searched on the forum and elsewhere and not come up with much, that link seems to be closest, but i'd love to hear from someone who's already dealt successfully with this and could warn for things to look out for, etc.

Thanks!

If you can't find it from a RV parts supplier try:
