Special tool needed to replace door glass

I want to replace my door glass with the slim shade. The glass frame has no visible screws to remove the frame. I called AP Products and all they could tell me is I needed a special tool from Lippert. I contacted Lippert and the tool "kit" consists of 16 little wedges and costs $40 with shipping.
My question is, has anyone else run across this situation and maybe come up with another way to remove the trim frame?

TIA

I had the same problem and just used butter knife in to the small slots around
Inside window frame.

This sounds like my new Surveyor with no screws visble from either side.

The outsode top has a gap where water is running in.

Can i assume once the plastic inside trim is removed, there are screws that connect another inside piece with the outside trim that i may be able to tighten or remove window and use new sealer.
Thanks

There are no screws connecting the pieces together. Here's a link to the tech sheet from Lippert that shows window assembly: https://www.lci1.com/assets/content/...CD_0002272.pdf
I did not take any pics as I was doing it. I used a plastic knife in the slots to release the locks. As each lock is released, a wedge is needed to hold the frame out. I used wooden clothes pins broken apart as wedges.
