Question Tilt a motorized awning

My 2009 Wildcat 5th wheel has a Dometic,9100 series awning and I was told that you can remove a pin and tilt the awning to drain. I can not find any manuals on line. It seems crazy to have to roll in in for a drizzle.

Mine I just pull one side down a little and tighten knob.
Maybe mines different?

Also on mine if you tighten one side and leave the other loose it will automatically drain as needed

Read this. Contact your dealer or Dometic if you do not have the kit installed.

Thanks to everyone. I'll contact a dealer. I'm a second owner and I'll see if it's free(lol) and let you know.

I contacted a dealer and it will cost me $23 plus shipping for the kit. By the picture there should not be a problem installing it.

Easy to install; but use a helper because you'll need an extra pair of hands! Randy
