Turn signal, brake light problems

1998 Forest River Reflection. If u turn the turn signal either way it doesn't blink, just turns that turn light on in the front and back. Replaced turn signal flasher module and still the same result. If you hit the brakes the brake lights come on and both of the turn signals in the front. The brakes and the turn signal light is the same light in the rear. Also, if your turn on the headlights and dash lights the gas gauge goes down the brighter u turn up the dash lights. Wierd stuff. Any ideas?

I would start checking for a bad ground either at the tv or the trailer.
A bad ground will make trailer lights do very strange things.

question: with NO lights on....hit the brake, do the parking lights/dash lights come on? If so, one of your brake light bulbs is bad (2 filiments touching each other) or the 2 solder nubs on the bottom of the bulb have melted together.
