water dripping from top of door and window frame....

i have been plagued by water intrusion for the past few years on my Rockwood 8315ss. not all the time but the most recent leak got me searching. this time it dripped from the AC vent and stained the mattress. i had already put eternabond over ALL the caulking on the roof so i knew that wasn't the problem.
the next step was to remove the vinyl strip on the gutter molding and look at the screws holding the strip in place,(there's about 60 or 70 of them). surprisingly most were rusted and some were loose to the point that if i snugged them back in,i could get 1 to 2 turns more. i took them out and replaced each one with the same size but in SS. don't know if it was necessary but i also dipped the screw in sealant before i put it back in. happy to say after several heavy rains,we have not had a drop of water coming in,not above the window frames, the door frames or thru the AC vent.
i know,i know....i haven't cleaned my roof yet this year. that's next ! location of water seepage - My Photo Gallery
