Water in sliding door track

We have a new Wildwood Lodge with a sliding glass door. Rain water comes through the screen, even when the door is closed, gets into the track, and stays there. There is no weep hole that I can see to drain it out. I am worried about mold and water seeping into floor. Any suggestions other then leaving the awning out all the time?

Sounds like something is wrong as ours does not do that. Hopefully the door frame was not put in backwards. I am fairly sure that our track has drain holes. It is not here to look at though.

Why wouldn't water come through the screen?, it is on the outside of the doors is it not???

As Oaklevel said there should be weep holes in the frame. They may be caulked shut, but they should be there. There should at very least be a slot for drainage.

" Hopefully the door frame was not put in backwards." My first thought also. Check the track on the inside of the camper, if it has holes/slots there then the door frame was put in backwards. IF you are handy enough with a drill then you can drill holes in the outside of the track for water drainage.
