Weep holes

Sorry in advance for a very basic question but... Are the little slits in the black trim under the windows the weep holes? Is it OK for water to be sitting in one and dripping out? Guessing so but just wanted to check. Thanks!

They will drain better if you de-burr the slot (top & bottom). Tedious job, but it sure lets the water out better.

Those slits are notorious for clogging with dirt.
Mine were clogging up and water would back up when it rained and water would enter the camper at the windows (inside the walls too).

I opened mine with a Dremel (carbide bit and low speed).
Problem solved.
