Window blow-out

While traveling in our minilite 2403ks one of the slide out windows disintegrated (cause unknown). Calling the Rockwood dealer was a taste of time - does anyone have contact information for a company rep, I haven't had any luck finding it myself. I'm assuming that getting a replacement window will be challenge.
Thanks, John Lee

Try Brooke Madden at Rockwood, bmadden@forestriverinc.com. I needed to replace a piece of flooring in my 2304ks last year and I worked with her.

I'm not familiar with your model, but I had a similar experience this past November, albeit in Arizona. My belief is I caught a lucky rock on the interstate on the edge of a frameless window, which proceeded to shatter.

Anyway, on to the solution (for me at least)
My windows are made by Lippert, and I would suspect yours are too. However its not as straight forward as telling them "rear window, left side, 2403ks". We had to physically remove the window from our 5th wheel, to see a sticker on the body of the window that is usually hidden by the wall. Call Lippert with that number, they will then look up the dimensions and build a window. Ship it out freight, and you are good to go. For me it took over 6 weeks from the time I ordered until I had the new window, but the Thanksgiving weekend was in there too so I'm sure that slowed things down.

Good luck!
