window glazing

OK, so I have white rubber type window glazing that is around the windows, and it has dark colored stains on it. I need to clean it. I've tried everything and nothing works. The only thing that mostly works is carburetor cleaner in the aerosol spray can, but I think the only reason that works is because it removes the top layer of rubber, or what ever it's made of. (see blue circle in pic)
Has anybody else had any luck with anything? Please share.

Awesome ... $1 a bottle ... found in Dollar General, Family Dollar, or Wally World. It's a tough soap that will remove wax and all.

Try Bleach White tire cleaner! Work great for interior door panels and padded arm rests in side your car.
