1998 Sierra Forest River

Hi, my sliders won't work , last fall front one came in no problem, back one came to within a foot, had to be manually cranked in. This year, nothing, no noise...nothing, have been told it could be fuse/fusatron but no one seems to know where to locate it, can only find the normal fuses in the box in bathroom, largest I believe is 15 amp (not large enough for slider). Both slides work off one control. Also cannot manually crank them out (is this normal?) Can anyone advise where to find this fuse/fusatron for the slider unit??????. Also, is it possible to crank them out manually.
Thanks in advance for any assistance
