1side of slideout will not extend

We have a 2013 Tracer Air. Bought used so no owners manual, and not able to find one online. Tried to extend slideout to clean. Only one side will move. We can’t seem to find motors, wiring diagram or fuses besides the ones located under the refrigerator. Any suggestions? Going to take weeks to get a service appointment. TIA!

Its probably a Schwintek.
If it has a motor on each side, it probably is.
I have a 2016 TracerAir and mine is.
There are numerous YouTube videos on it and PT has manuals for it on their website.

My 7 month old, 2018 has that 'system.' It already failed catastrophically**. And I hadn't even taken the camper anywhere yet. LOL

my 2015 235air dinette will only extend using the over ride relay under the fridge, not sure if its the same issue as yours but seems to be in the wiring with the main switch?
