2 slide outs not working

I just bought a new 2017 Rockwood Windjammer 3025w. At home I have a heavy duty extension cord with a 30 amp plug. It plugs into a standard 120v house plug. I have a 30 amp to 50 amp adapter.

I have the new RV plugged into this and am getting power into the RV. I know it won't power much...but I have one AC running with lights on.

Now to the problem. I can get the bedroom slide to work. But the other 2 bigger slide outs will not go out. When I push the button on the control panel, I hear a beep...but nothing. So, is my power cord set up not giving it enough power to operate the 2 bigger slide outs? Or could this be something else?

The slide out motors are 12 volt and should work with no shore power. If your battery is good you have a problem elsewhere. Try connecting a battery charger to the battery and see if they work then.

I don't have a battery charger. But I did plug the trailer's 7 pin plug into my truck with the engine running. Still not working.

The truck wire is such a small guage that it can't carry much power, but I doubt that is your issue. Will they not work with either the remote or the manual switch? I suspect you have a blown fuse. There are fuses on the remote control panel (not the converter.) Have you checked those?

I figured it out!

I was trying to use buttons on the control panel to operate the 2 back slides. I found 2 buttons on the side of the island that operates those.

Are there 3 knobs on the control panel to operate the slides??????
Are they "turnable to CW and/or CCW direction"?

Were two of these closed? ie all the way cw?
