My rear slide out pulls in more on bottom than top have to hold up on slide out to get it to go in. And advice?

I am having the same problem but my slide looks like its balancing on one center pin tilts from top have to keep it level going out and wobbles side to side. looked under slide but only have about 7inches. is this normal or what would cause this problem
