2006 Forest River Flagstaff - Slide out concern

Hi all, I'm considering purchasing the above mentioned camper. The owner has disclosed: "Slide out operates great but the track is partially collapsed when it's compact. It does not affect functionality one bit and zero leaks!"

Photos show that the slide out looks uneven while slid into the camper. I was curious if anyone has encountered this issue before or knows what an estimated repair cost would be. I'm not one to care too much about cosmetics but definitely don't want to buy something which is going to have issues or be impossible to sell down the road.
