Unhappy 2008 Sandpiper 325RGT Slideout problem

We're on our 2nd year of owning a Sandpiper 325RGT. In the past three months when I extend my slideouts the motor shuts off when the 2nd slide is about half way out. By the time I get the 3rd slide all the way out the motor has shut off at least 4-5 times. The same thing happens when bringing the slides back in. I know the hydraulic pump has a thermal switch but should the pump get that hot that quickly? The pump has plenty of fluid so I know that is not the problem. Has anybody else had this problem and what can you recommend?
