2011 sunseeker in-wall slide problem

Anyone know if there is any adjustment possible for the "newer" in-wall slide system? Is it pretty much non-adjustable? A technician is in the process of troubleshooting, but that entails ordering parts that may or may not be the problem, waiting weeks to reschedule appointments, etc. One side of the slide has tracks that are very close to the wall of the RV and it seems to be experiencing a little extra resistance on that side and stalling out the motor. It retracts perfectly, but USUALLY needs an extra few pounds of help to keep it extending. Here's a link to the system I'm talking about...

Problem finally solved with the replacement of the synchronous controller. Different model number on the replacement....must have had issues with the other version.
