2012 Sandpiper 330RL slide IN problem.

No power! Battery fully charged! Fuse replaced!
I called Lippert and they confirmed that there is a RESET BUTTON. I asked if if they could tell me where this button is located at and they told me that they did not know. So In case some of you smart people know, could you please share! Thank you in advance!

Follow positive battery cable to a circuit breaker .
It should be resetable.

Btw do you have power when connected to shore power?
No 12v or no 110v?
Or both?

Your description lends very little to go on

Turbs,
Thank you for reading my message!
We do have shore power! Everything else works!
We did check the breakers! Not sure what other info I could give you at this time since we actually won't be at the unit until weekend after next. Please ask any questions that may help identify what the problem may be. I will try my best to answer them, not being on site! Since the slides are OUT and we are anxious to get back to camping I would be more concerned if they Were IN and could not get them Out....lol

Turbs,
Our unit has the control buttons for the slides on the panel board inside and also a remote control that should extend or retract them. When we push either one....nothing happens....I have been doing a lot of research. Some of my camping neighbors have suggested that it may be the solenoid......which lead me to call Lippert.....Lippert tells me that there is a reset button for the solenoid but can't tell me WHERE....how can I find out where this baby is located at?

I have to wonder if it isn't the rest able circuit breaker by the battery.
