2013 Crusader Living room slide out.

We've been using our NEW Crusader about 7 weeks traveling. The living room slide out hits the ceiling when retracted and there's a small gouge in the ceiling now. When I opened the door yesterday the upper left corner (at the rear end of RV) of slide out was on the floor. Obviously it tore off during travel because the slide hits the ceiling on that end. The other end is fine (kitchen end) . Why would the slide be uneven? This has nothing to do with leveling during use. When I bring the slide in...one end is fine and the other hits the ceiling. Manufacture defect?

Sounds like your slide is way out of adjustment. I would contact the dealer and primetime for repairs.
