2016 Mini Lite 2502ks, Slide issues

I've takin my 2502ks into the dealer three times for slide issues and every time it comes back worse. I left numerous v/m and emails with forest river and I don't get any response.. Anyone have any connections at forest river? or is this the way this company operates? Thanks Steve
