2018 Flagstaff 25DKS slide out

I just picked up my new Trailer! Included was a crank for the manual operation of the slide out. However, the dealer indicated to operate the slide out manually, you needed several men to just push it in... Si why was I given a crank? Is there a way to crank the slide out in and out? If not what is the procedure? I have found a black "synchronization" control box under the sofa. I got an indication that I would have to disconnect the two white wires before pushing on the slide out ( if indeed there is no way to crank it in or out ).
Is this in fact the way to manually operate the slide out - pushing it by hand?

You will have to pull the wires to allow the slide to move without powering the motors in some cases. Outside there should be a small hole to put the crank on the opposite side of the trailer from the slide. This is found very low or even under the skirt through the frame.

Sounds like you have a Schwintek slide.
There is no crank mechanism.
You disconnect both motors and push it in.
Read the slide manual. It should describe the process.

Unfortunately, there was not a slide manual in my paperwork. Is there one available on-line?

I've attached some Schwintek slide manuals. See if it looks like you have what they describe.

I have a Schwintek. My crank is for the stabilizers and to manually crank the jack if the jack motor fails.

Sounds like you got a lousy PDI (imagine that!).

That all makes a lot of sense! Thanks for the PDFs!
