2019 Evo superslide is hitting the wall when closing

Hi everyone! We purchased a 2019 Evo Stealth T3250 beginning of December. At the dealer we pointed out some wall damage on the wall outside of the bathroom. We were told it’s just damage from being shown. After we picked it up and took it out we realized that when closing the slide all the wall, the knob from the drawer under the dinette booth is hitting the wall and damaging the wall. It’s alnost like a big puncture in the wall. It’s been at the dealer now since Dec 16 and they keep saying they are waiting in the manufacturer. Has anyone had this issue or similar? Is there anything I can do to hurry this up? We’re making payments and of course very bummed that we can’t even use our new trailer. Any advice would be great.
