2501SS slideout catching at top

I just purchased a Rockwood 2501ss and the slideout is catching at the top of the opening when I try to retract it. It is catching the molding strip at the top and has sheared a bolt on the drive mechanism. It is caught and won't come in now. The drive tries to come in at the bottom but top is caught.

Welcome to the forum...it must but slide day on the forum!

Sounds like the slide needs adjustment...probably too high in the opening and requires a trip to the dealer.
