377 FLIK kitchen slide

I am new to the forum and have been enjoying reading all the post
When my kitchen slide is in, my house refrigerator moves back and forth. The floor moves up and down. I am told this is normal by a dealer. If the outside of slide is tight against side, what is going to break with the floor moving so much? Has anyone else experienced this and if so what was done to correct this?
