Another Slide Out problem.

Wondering if some of you nice people have some ideas on why we could not get our Slides to retract.
We have a 2012 Sandpiper 330 RL. Checked Fuses! Batterie is charged! Solenoid is making a clicking sound but that's it.
Any ideas or suggestions greatly appreciated!

My first thought would be an electrical connection. Check all of your connections, especially at the slide out motor itself. It takes a lot of current to move the slides, and if there is any corrosion on the cables, that would probably be your problem. I had the same issue on our last trailer. The slide out motor would only make a clicking sound. After cleaning the connections, everything worked fine. Jerry.

Should be a way to manually operate them, as well. You can at least get the trailer home, to work on it that way.

katkt, Thank you for reading my post!
We have our Camper parked at a year round location at Ft Randall Dam in SD so it is not critical that we get the Slides in to take it home. I would just prefer to get the problem fixed. Not crazy about leaving them out all winter long!
It's about a 4 hr drive from our home in Omaha so I am trying to find out all the different possibilities that could be wrong before we head back up.
Been lurking on here a lot.....also see where a lot of people comment on there being a reset button somewhere between motor and solenoid ......I called Lippert ....and they confirm that there in fact is on our unit BUT they could not tell me exactly where I can find this.....only that it is a black reset button...hmmmm. Maybe someone will come along on here and can give me a little more specific answer.... Thank you much for your input!
