Apex 193bhs Slide not moving one side

Good afternoon,

Unfortunately experiencing issues with our 1 year old Apex 193bhs.

Slide is pushing put on the one side but not the other. Can manually move it in and, no resistance.

Was working fine this morning as we packed up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No error on the controller. Seems no power to the motor. I looked at the motor, is there a 20 Amp Fuse right at the motor location?

This happened to me and it was a circuit box that needed to be reset. Simply had to push the reset button. Problem was finding the box. It was the wiring to the area that was under the trailer. I had to remove a panel that encloses the bottom. It was NOT the silver metal box I expected it to be. It was very close to it. Note, this is the underbelly

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately isn't going to be that easy. Got it looked at, motor sheared off the mount. Need a replacement,

Any information on sourcing a motor for the on a Apex Nano 193bhs would be much appreciated. Dealer wants to charge $1000.
