Bedroom slide issue on Georgetown 378

Our bedroom slide all of a sudden decided not to fully extend, leaving a few inch gap at the top..took it in to the dealer and they were stumped as to how to fix it..first thought it was over extending at the bottom and they added longer screws but that didn't help...suggestions?

We ended up taking it to La Mesa RV in Yuma and they said it was a simple adjustment.. ran over $300 because it was not covered by warranty...at least the slide is operating correctly now..no explanations from the dealer as to what happened to make it need the adjustment...hope this helps

Hmmm, it does and it doesn't. Knowing what the adjustment was would be more helpful! A dealer's "adjustment" can be as little as adjusting a screw a little tighter. At least we now know that there is a fix, and the fix is an adjustment!
