Bedroom slide not going all the way out at the top

We just got a 2011 Class A FR Georgetown 330TS. i recently noticed the bedroom slide looks slanted in at the top and i checked inside and the trim is about an inch and a half away from the wall at the top but the bottom is snug. Any suggestions or is this normal from new? Thanks in advance!

Not normal. Try running the slide all the way out and hold the switch for 5 seconds. Then bring it in. May need done 3 - 5 times. Never partially open or close a slide, always all the way. Hold the switch to sync the motors or your problem will continue.

I have a similar problem on a 360 DS. Tried multiple times to bring the slide in and out. Any one with other suggestions
