Question Bedroom slide out not working

HELP please. I have a 2010 FR sunseeker 3120 33' long. The bedroom slide just started not to work, one side will start to go out but the other side will not got out at all. It starts to jam so I stop it and bring it back in. How does all of this work? any videos on how it all works? How to fix? or do I just give up?

HELP PLEASE?

You have a Schwintek slide.

Angry HELP

Well I went out and tried to move the slide out and it stop, then I tried one more time and left side bumped a little and started to go out. I did this one more time and the same thing. So it works a little, but I can't see anything as it is less than 6" from the slide to the wall on both sides.

Find your controller.... it should be under the bed. It's a 4"x6"x1" box. Do you have a hinged piece of plywood under your mattress? If so, lift up the plywood. If you see another piece of plywood screwed down, look under it. That's where I found my controller. Should be lights blinking if you find it.
Yep, YouTube is your friend. Should give you an idea.
