Bedroom slide sandpiper 355qbq

New here and first post....My slideout has pushed the fiberglass out on the nose side of my camper. I can physically lift it off the fiberglass now but cannot find where anything inside on the slide or bed looks out of place. Any help is greatly appreciated. I will post a picture in a few.

Info not think you would see any damage on the inside. Looks like the there may be a low bolt on the underside of the slide that caught the lip of the panel and pulled out. If you look along the underside of the slide you should see screws or rivets along the underside of the corner. Are any of them sticking out.
