Bedroom Slide tilting

We just took out our 2016 Signature UltraLite 8325ss for our first trip. In the bedroom slide-out, our heads were "downhill"! My son came to campground to visit us, and I was telling him about this. He pulled out our "level" we had purchased for the trailer and said it was definitely going downhill. (It was fully extended!) Is this something we could have looked and and can be adjusted as a warranty issue? Anyone ever had this problem? Are there adjustements for something like this?

Usually the slides affect your level. For example, we have 3 slides on one side and 1 on the other. We know on our level our trailer will drop by a half bubble on that side when the slides are out. We have learned to check level with slides out before disconnecting.

I check my level side to side at a center point in the camper (in mine that is the kitchen island). After unhooking I check front to back level. Get a nice couple feet long level.
