Cables on Slideout

Hello all, I have a 2012 Tracer 230 FBS. I had the able system on the slide repairs in June. Here it is March and the cable system is malfunctioning yet again. I was wondering if any other Tracer owners out there had any if the same problems with their slide out it if anyone knew of any recalls. I have searched the web and found nothing regarding recalls.

The first time when opening the slide out it made a loud THUMP and the cables were beginning to fray...took it back to the dealer and the cable was replaced ...this time the slide is attempting to open but acts as if the cables are tangled and will only open about 3-4 inches...it is back at the dealer and the manufacturer is very co-operative with absorbing any costs because problem is recurring. Was trying to find out if any recalls are active so I would know how to handle any future problems...not sure if there are any "lemon law" type guidelines when it comes to RV's but you can bet your bottom dollar that if it needs repair after every 2-3 uses...they will be getting it back!!!

Well best of luck. I wouldn't screw around with the so called Lemon Law however. You only have a limited amount of time to use that option.
Hope all gets corrected quickly. I've found Forest River to be VERY customer oriented so I think they will not disappoint.
