Cedar Creek 32RL wet carpet under slides

Pulled our 5th wheel on very wet roads. Twice when we have opened the slides there is a soaked patch of carpet under the kitchen slide and a smaller wet area in bedroom. Does anyone else have this problem?

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. With the slide open check that the lower seal is actually sealing the lower area.

Wet Floors

I had the same problem with my Rockwood Fifth wheel. You have to close the slides to view the seal in the wheel well area to see if the seals the floor of the slide out with the main floor of the camper. As you travel on a wet road the wheels throw water up under the slide outs which will leak into the main floor.
Especially in the corners under the slide out in the front and rear. All the seals
in my camper had to be replaced with larger seals to stop the water.

Can't seem to find the water leak in my 2000 Cardinal 5th wheel. Wet carpet on both sides of slide out. Walls and ceilings are solid. I also have a topper. I've even checked under the TT, but really don't know what to look for. Someone please HELP!!! Thanks, MelBell
