Cedar Creek 5th wheel slideout problem

First time buyers of a 2005 Cedar Creek 5th wheel with 3 slide outs. First time opening the slideouts we found the bedroom and kitchen went fine, then the final living slider would not open. Found a sofa wedged by both slide outs against the rear wall. We were able to remove the couch after much effort, but the slideout is now out of kilter, one end opening easily while the other end stays in. Did we break off a shear pin? We apparently have a HydraGear system but cannot find how to manual close the slide that is stuck. Where do we start looking under the trailer for the problem, ours is sealed on the bottom. Thanks for much!

Joe, I would post this on the Cedar Creek Owners forum. These folks are all CC owners and will have your answer in short order. I too own a Cedar Creek but have never experienced your problem.

Thank you Jerry. Reposted under CC as you suggested, but no help yet.
