Dents/crack on bottom of rear slide

I need someone to help me understand what caused this! I live in a small town that doesnt have anyone that does Motorhome repairs and I need to take it 3hrs to have someone look at it - but I would like to get your opinion of the issue. Its a 2012 3170ds sunseeker by forest river. First picture is under the rear slide and is off the middle it is deep and cracked (towards the front) and second picture is closest to the edge (towards the front) but is just a rub mark so far. There are no marks on the bottom towards the back ... Front slide is visible to the eye (no bottom panel and seems to be in great shape. Thank you so much for your time and help!

It looks like your rollers have moved. I am working on my slide now. Same problem except my slide has black burlap wrap over plywood. The mounting screws for rollers pulled out of the wall ( 4 screws each roller). Wood that rollers are mounted on looks like plywood, maybe 2 pieces of 3/4 glued together. My T.T. is a 2008 FR surveyor. Edited to include.
The bottom header has some soft spots where all the screws were driven to hold the rollers. Think I am going to install some 1 1/2" plywood that I have epoxied together and use epoxy and screws to attach the wood. This will set the rollers back 1 1/2" . Will post how it goes.

Thank you for commenting- please let me know how it goes for you. I was able to go through some threads here and found that there are plates that are sold to make the bottom of the slide stronger- so no dents and they say it is easier for your slide to work. But if something is going on ‘inside’ I will need to check that as well...

I put marine alum plate on the bottom of my slide already. Didn't know that they made them for that purpose. The install of brackets is going. Boards have been mounted and waiting on epoxy to cure. I used 1/4'' ledger screws from home depot to mount roller to boards. I have to jack slide up and take out the jack stands. Heavy rain today, so it will be sometimes tomorrow. Then will start on next project which is replacing all the vents on the roof. I have 3 of them plus 2 waste water vents. Will post how the slide works.

We didn’t have a ‘leak’ issue with our vents but a couple were getting lil holes from sun damage/age. And I was tired of being scared they wouldn’t be down when we drove off../ so we got covers like these- ours clipped on... so no screws to go into the roof (possibly causing issues) and you can leave the vents open if you want to get airflow while on long hot drives. Thanks for keeping me in the loop ☺️
