Flagstaff 8528IKWS Slide outs

Fellow FR owners I have found damage to the underside of my slide outs. Has anyone seen or experienced something like this before?

I have attached three photos where you can see the damage to the wood. It has happened to both slides at the same end which would be toward the front of the fiver.

Any help, suggestions would be much appreciated.

No the only thing I know out of the normal for last year was I hit a very deep railroad crossing at 35mph but other than that all parts we visited were on paved roads.

I have read post before where screws thru the floor, that hold the table legs socket in the floor, being tooo long and doing this. Are there any screws inline with the marks?

We have the same thing going on with our main slide. I had an independent service guy look at it and he said it was probably a screw that has backed out. The damage that was done is probably all that would be done. He advised to keep an eye on it. To fix it the slide must be removed from the coach which can get a bit expensive. Good luck.

Thanks for your help I will get to take a look tomorrow at the slide as it moves and hopefully I can see what might be causing this problem. I spoke to the dealer and they ask me to try and get some photos of the floor from the inside.
