Flagstaff IKWS-8528, Kitchen slide caught flooring

This 2015 has never had a slide issue since we bought it new. Even today as loading for this quick trip. But after 3 hrs (on turnpike and main blacktop roads) as we opened, the kitchen slide seems to have grabbed the flooring, as it extended. This 8" × 3/4" mark is near the of the sofa, not quite center of the slide. After rain paused, I crawled under the slide to see the marks (8-12" × 1/2") on the underside black plastic of the slide. I have found nothing as a cause, yet. Inside, opening the sofa, nothing to be found. Since we have a driving school scheduled at 9am, we'll have to close--fingers crossed. Any Ideas or thoughts appreciated, folks.Click image for larger version

Looks like the inboard end of slide is bouncing and pounding the floor. Maybe a roller or guide is missing. Compare the slide details on the other end of slide for what's missing. It will destroy the floor in short order if left like this. You can use sheet metal or high density plastic sheet to feed under the slide as a temp guard when closing.
