FR3 Slide issues

This is a wonderful forum!
For the second time I am having trouble with my sofa slide on my 2013 FR3 DS camper. The first time it was repaired under warranty. Most recently the sofa slide will not fully extend. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for my Camping World dealer (in Hope Mills NC) to look at it. Can any one tell me how to operate on it myself and where to find parts? How can I get at the motor (again) if I need to do it? Thanks for help and references. I do not think that slide problems are unusual.
