Exclamation Georgetown 378TS Slide Problem

I have my 2012 Georgetown 378TS in for warranty work and the technician desperately needs to talk to Forest River warranty service. This is what the technician is reporting on the problem:

"THIS ISNT A SCHWINTEC SLIDE, IT IS AN LCI - HOWEVER ITíS A GEAR DRIVE WITH THE ADJUST POINTS MAXED = THE SLIDE IS DIGGING INTO THE BELT RAILS OF THE COACH WITH ITS TEETH WE NEED TO KNOW IF FOREST RIVER HAVE CORRECTED THIS BEFORE"

What I need is the name and contact info for the Forest River (Georgetown) Warranty Manager. Any help from the forum would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Georgetown 378TS Slide Problem

Thanks Fonzie! I have two updates for your list regarding the Warranty contact info for Georgetown. Forest River has split the warranty coverage responsibilities for Georgetown into two areas, eastern US and western US. Here is the information I was able to gather this morning:

Eastern US

Kevin
(574) 206-7603

Western US

Justin Williams
(574) 206-7604

Thanks again for sending the list to me. Great information.

Thumbs up Georgetown 378TS Slide Problem

Fonzie:

In my previous post, for the eastern US Warranty Manager, change the name from "Kevin" to "Russ". Russ is very helpful and is there when needed.

This sounds a lot like the issue I have with my Georgetown 280DS. The bottom panel of the slide is being grooved and even slit. Is this what is happening to your RV? What has FR said about it?
