Georgetown bedroom slide

We have a 2018 Georgetown XL 369. The bedroom slide has always retracted to about a foot of being all the way in when the foot of the bed bumps up then continues the remaining way in. Now it comes to that bump and stalls out. I can get it in if I push on the slide from the outside. Does anyone else with a 369 have this "bump". Hasn't been a problem until now.

Our 2016 also has the bump, but doesn't stall.

Have you lifted up the bed and looked under and see if it is hitting anything or if something came loose on frame?

That's the next thing to try. Not sure the bed will lift up, but will find out.

Our GT5 bed slide was binding and lifting off the rear roller when it was about 15" from fully in. Nick Hoover was the person who assisted the dealer with the fix, which is being done right now. Definitely contact him.
