How do I get part numbers for slide seal/wiper

I have a 2013 brookstone Ruby 40 foot 4 slides. On one of the slides. One of the outside wipers something happened to call in see a piece of it to tear off. I can not find a part number for the part. It is a seal and wipe, both in one. It slides into a channel I think. A repair shop said they would have to take it out to measure it to be able to order the correct piece. I have a hard time believing that. One of my top seals was to sorry on factory install and keeps pulling out of the screw and then works out, so I need that one too. It has no wipe. How do I find these part numbers.

Google up, and go to AP Products. Their web site lists, and shows hundreds of pic's of different seals, tracks, wiper seals, door/window seals, all with measurements.
You should at least be able to find it there.
