How to clean the white rubber gaskets for slide and vents?

We have some mildew stains on our gaskets and I'd like to clean them up. I tried a little soft-scrub in a spot to see if it would work. No luck. I don't want to use any harsh chemicals. Does anyone have a remedy to get them white again? They appear to be in good shape in terms of pliable and no cracks. Just want to clean them up.
