You probably need to go through the entire electrical system and figure out what's going on. I'd start at the converter/power panel and work my way out on each circuit.

So I started reading more about windjammers and apparently a common problem is the battery cables are labelled wrong, went and switched them, and everything is working!

Not sure what you mean labeled wrong.
Never seen any TT with actual labels on the battery cables.

Yes, I would like a photo also if possible. Connected wrong or...where would they have been labeled wrong? At the battery or on the power panel?
