I'm having the same problem with my 2012 Forest River where it was just clicking and the slide outs didn't work. Called for help, a guy came out and overrode a little power supply that was clicking and then was able to get the slides back in. We checked everywhere for the manual crank, took out drawers, looked at all panels, no luck. The instruction book for the RV shows a lousy picture by the carpet somewhere that shows the manual crank shaft, not even the guy that came out could find it. Now we are having the same issue all over.

Soulds like what i had, One of the motors is more than likely bad. We never found our manual slide out.

Looking at the work order it showed the negative connection was not connecting, crawled back under and my regular tools don't fit the nuts, back to the store to get some metric sizes. I'll give the negative connection a good cleaning/scrubbing and see if that will work. I looked at motors online and some of them have the manual nut to turn with a drill. I would love to have the manual option, someday we will be in the boonies.

If you have an electric slide with multiple motors (read 2 motors) then you probably have a Schwintek slide. Far as I know, there isn't any way to manually move that slide other than disconnecting the motors and pushing it in or out. There is a way to override the main toggle switch by entering a sequence at the controller which will then electrically move the slide in/out. In the event that it may help someone, I'll attach a manual for that type slide. You all need to verify what type you may have --- maybe this will help somebody. Well, I can't attach it --- too big I guess. You can do an internet search for that type of slide and find the same manual on line. Guess I'll have to leave it at that -------------
