I damaged my island with the slideout

I managed to misjudge the slideout coming in, and damaged the face of the veneer on my island on my brand new Forest River, Blue Ridge 3025RL. The Island appears to be simple construction, but I would like a new face that matches the cherry wood on the cabinetry. Seems it should be simple to purchase a new face panel from the manufacturer, but I can't find it anywhere online.

If you don't mind me asking, what exactly happened?

I have the same model 5-er and other than the carpet rubbing on the bottom of the island as it folds upward during "In" movement, I can't see how any other damage would happen.
