Just got home from myrtle beach. Slide out issues

Our 8528IKWS slide out that houses part of the kitchen and the couch is not sealing properly in my opinion. I happened to look up at the top of the slide (towards the front end) and I noticed that the rubber wiper seal didn't come down and make contact with the roof of the slide when the slide is extended out. I climbed up there and sure enough it didn't touch the roof almost all the way to the rear of the slide. Maybe less than a quarter of the length of the seal makes contact with the roof. It's about 3/4 to 1/2 an inch above the roof.
When i looked inside I can see that the slide floor is too low also. The slide itself is lower than the main floor for the same distance that the seal doesn't touch the roof. It looks like the slide should be raised up. I know that the silde can be tilted. It can be moved side ways in the opening and it can be "timed" so the ends move at the same rate but is it possible to raise it up?? Anyone else encounter this before? A side note....I had the same problem with and Aerolite slide and the dealer never fixed it, I ended up shimming under the slde where it contacts the floor to effectively raise the slide in the opening.
I'm hoping my new dealer is more capable than Camping World where I bought that Aerolite.
